In thisCore KeeperAzeos Boss Fight Guide, I'll tell you how to find and defeat Azeos the Sky Titan, a boss in the Azeos' Wilderness biome.
Where to Find Azeos the Sky Titan
Ivy is located inthe Azeos' Wilderness biome. Unfortunately, this area is behind a magical wall -- you'll have to complete some tasks to get access to this area. The Azeos' Wilderness biome is fairly large. Fortunately, you can craft an Azeos the Sky Titan Scanner to find the boss.
First, you'll have to craft the Ancient Hologram Pod from the Hive Mother statue in the Core. Then, place the Ancient Hologram Pod down on the ground somewhere safe. This will spawn a hologram that sells two items, one of which is the Azeos the Sky Titan Scanner.
This Scanner requires an item you might not have encountered yet: Ancient Feathers. Fortunately, you can find these on the ground in Azeos' Wilderness. Simply look for colored feathers on the ground and right-click them to pick them up; you'll need 10 in total to craft the Scanner.

- Defeat Ghorm the Devourer

How to Win theCore KeeperAzeos Boss Fight - Best Strategy
ThisCore KeeperAzeos Boss Fight Guide will tell you how to beat the boss of Azeo's Wilderness, but there's a small problem -- you'll have to actually spawn the boss, first. (Don't worry, I'll tell you how to do that, too!)
PreparingEquipment and Supplies
Azeos is a tough fight and you're going to want to be ready for it. I strongly recommend that you craftScarlet Armor, a Scarlet Sword, and a Scarlet Pickaxe. You should craft some Healing Potions, too, just in case. It is also a good idea to bring at least 2 Iron Shovels to prepare the arena.
Preparing the Arena
Azeos' arena is completely safe until you actually summon the boss. Fortunately, this gives you time to work. Azeos will spawn in on an island with a bunch of ruins on it. Start by clearing all of that stuff away.
Once the ruins (and other items) are gone, you should expand the area around the spawn point as best you can. You can do this by digging up ground tiles from elsewhere and filling in the holes. A 50x50 area (roughly two screens) should be more than enough room to move around.
How to Summon Azeos the Sky Titan
Here's how to summon Azeos the Sky Titan:
- Craft an Ancient Hologram Pod at the Hive Mother Statue in the Core.
- Place the Ancient Hologram Pod on the ground.
- Speak with the Hologram and craft a Large Shiny Glimmering Object, which requires the following:
- 10 Copper Bar
- 10 Tin Bar
- 10 Iron Bar
- 10 Scarlet Bar
- 5 Gold Bar
- 3 Ancient Gemstone
- Place the Large Shiny Glimmering Object on the ground in Azeos' arena when you're ready to commence the fight.
Strategy 1 - Melee Mining
Azeos has a total of three attacks and threespecial moves to worry about:
- Crossing Thunder Beam - Lines of energy beams spawn and pass through each other horizontally and vertically.
- Thunder Beam Nova - Energy beams spawn away from Azeos, move towards Azeos to protect it, and then spread back out.
- Random Thunder Beams - Energy beams appear and move in random directions.
- Teleport - Azeos will periodically teleport around the map.
- Spawn Healing Crystals - Azeos will spawn three crystals that can restore its health.
- Healing - Azeos will recharge its health by drawing power from any nearby crystals.
The strategy here is simple: walk up to Azeos and start whacking it with your sword. When it spawns Thunder Beams, avoid them, and then continue attacking.
When Azeos spawns crystals, immediately destroy them with your pickaxe. This will prevent Azeos from healing. Repeat this process until Azeos is dead.
Strategy 2 - Explosives
I have not tried to use explosives against Azeos. While they may work well (especially for destroying crystals), it's cheaper (and safer) to simply attack Azeos in melee.
How to Summon Azeos Again
I'm not sure if there's an exact mechanic for summoning Azeos again -- there is no Summoning Idol for Azeos the Sky Titan at the time of writing.
However, it does appear that Azeos eventually respawns. If you'd like to fight Azeos again, exit and restart the game. If that doesn't work, you may have to wait a while for it to spawn again.
